I understand it’s important to hear what others have to say about treatments to help us make a decision about whether they are actually going to work for us. Also, we might ask ourselves the following questions:

• What’s the therapist really like?
• Will I feel safe and comfortable with them?
• What will the treatment room be like?
• Will it be the right temperature?
• You may feel soreness in areas that have been worked, please apply safe heat or cold depending on your body’s requirement – e.g. what “feels” right. And continue to move how you would “normally.”
• Will there be a toilet I can use?

And to be honest, when I go for treatments, these are the questions I ask.

So, yes, there is a bathroom next to my treatment room and the treatment room can be heated and cooled to your requirements. The videos on this page, which two of my long-term clients agreed to participate in, will hopefully answer the rest of the above questions and give you a feel for how I help them.
